"Life in the 1940s"       
April 1 - May 14, 2006

Take a stroll down memory lane and view original photo, artifacts and items from the 1940's that will take you back to a bygone era graciously on loan from the WACO Museum and area collectors.

    May 7, 2006  from 1 - 4 p.m.  "1940s Car and Truck Show" 
    This car show will be held in the parking lot across the street from the Overfield Tavern
     Museum, weather permitting.

    April 2, 2006  at 3 p.m.  "WWII Railroad Canteens"
    Lecture and book signing by local railroad author, Scott Trostel.

    April 23, 2006 at 3 p.m.  "Troy's WACO Gliders"
   
Lecture by WACO Museum director, Fred McDougal.

"Down on the Farm"      
June 3 - August 20, 2006
Vintage farm equipment, original photographs, farm toys, and Miami County Fair memorabilia from local collectors will be on view.

"Troy Civic Theater Vintage Clothing Exhibit"
September 9 - October 15, 2006
Marvel at original vintage clothing and accessories of various time periods from the Troy Civic Theater.  The Overfield Museum and private local collections.

"Holiday Train Exhibit"
November 11 - December 10, 2006
Model and scale train displays, train memorabilia, and designer-decorated holiday trees.  Professional chefs will compete in the first annual Miami Valley Gingerbread House Contest.
